How do I know the item is authentic?
Receipt is available upon request. Once the receipt is sent to you, you may verify the purchase and its authenticity by calling the number on the receipt.
How long does it take for the item to arrive?
The item is shipped within a few days of the item being paid. Sometimes it is shipped same day payment is received or next day it all varies. Once the item is shipped it takes 3 to 5 business days for the item to reach you. In rare cases it can take up to 10 days but this applies to bulk items (4 lbs or more).
What is the return policy?
All sales are final on all items and there are no exchanges, or refunds or returns but in the event that the item comes damaged then a refund can be given and the shipping cost to send it back will be reimbursed. This only happens once the item is sent back to us and we have determined and verified there was a damage.
If an item does not fit you and you want to return it then partial refund is given, the cost of shipping is not refundable and you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send it back to us.
What if I want my item shipped to a different address?
If you want your item shipped to a different address you must enter that address when making payment through PayPal. Once the address is verified and confirmed and it shows up on the payment, I can ship to that address. You cannot email me later with a different address it must show up on your PAYPAL PAYMENT either in the notes or entered as the shipping address.
